Arizona Wedding Photographers | Mike Maez | Amanda+Chris E-session

One of the things that we always value is the opportunity to shoot other photographer’s weddings, and although Amanda is claiming to be just a hobbyist, we made certain to turn in a dynamite set of images for their e-session. Amanda and Chris are set to wed this upcoming March at the beautiful Seville Golf & Country Club and their e-session could not have gone any better as the cool weather and awesome locations came together for a stunning set indeed.

We shot for a short while at a community park just around the corner from Seville before moving on to not only get a tour of their upcoming venue of choice, but also to shoot on the adjacent golf course. Amanda and Chris were all smiles throughout and we’re sure to look forward to plenty more of that for their big day. We can’t wait to shoot more images of this fun and loving couple!

Arizona Wedding Photographer | Mike Maez | Julie + Matt E-Session

Julie and Matt are set to tie the knot in a little less than two months and after shooting their fantastic e-session we couldn’t be more excited to be working with them on their big day! We took a trip to the fun and very scenic Freestone Park in Gilbert, AZ and had a field day with the various settings in and around the park. Halfway through the shoot both Julie and Matt decided to go from casual to chic and when I saw their new attire I knew I had to suggest a dance under the stars.

Freestone park has a small terrace for what could be weekend performances or vendor setups, and with our signature lighting added to the mix, the stage was set for a fantastic close to the session. Freestone Park will no doubt be an excellent location for future e-sessions in the Southeast Valley and we are delighted to have had such a great shoot for our “inaugural” session at this location. Thank you Julie + Matt for the suggestion!

Arizona Wedding Photographer | Mike Maez | Jeni + Dan @ Four Seasons: Troon North

As we move towards the end of a very busy and successful year here in the valley, one of our favorite weddings from this season was no doubt Jeni & Dan’s special day. Jeni & Dan were one of the first couples to book with us from the June Bridal Fashion Debut that we exhibited at this past June, and their wedding certainly proved that all the work at the Bridal Show was worth it. Held at one of the most spectacular venues in the state, the Four Seasons Scottsdale Resort at Troon North, we knew even after doing a simple walk-through with Jeni and her Mom a few days prior that we would create some memorable images.

Jeni & Dan were great to work with, and we can’t wait to shoot again at Troon North! We’ve got an upcoming wedding there again this weekend and will no doubt have some new and exciting takes on this great venue. Enjoy the photos!
